Instructions for PRIMARY or SECONDARY REALTOR® Membership applicants If you are transferring from another REALTOR® Association, or joining as a secondary member you must submit a Letter of Good Standing with your application 

Agent's license must be ACTIVE with a Designated Idaho Broker: Applicants are required to submit their application to the Association immediately of joining a REALTOR® firm 

Complete the Application for GBAR and send it back with your dues enclosed. The application process can take up to 30 days to complete after we have received your application. 

Once processed, you will receive welcome emails from GBAR with information you need to get started. The New Member REALTOR® Orientation, New Member Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing Ethics courses are a requirement of membership and must be completed within 90 days of joining GBAR. Please check your spam and junk folders!
